Director Michael Bay tells RumorFix he's very happy with Megan Fox's replacement on the mega hit Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

We caught up with Bay outside of Boa in West Hollywood on Friday with his mentor Jerry Bruckheimer, who he says "taught me everything."

When asked if he's happy with Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's performance, Bay said, "Yes, I was very much so."

Of course he is -- Transformers is Number One for a second week in a row, and is the top grossing domestic film of the year.

But will Rosie make the cut for a Transformers 4?

"I'm not sure there's going to be a next Transformers," he tells us.

Michael the fans might just demand it.
