'Bachelor' Creator Charged With Harassing Brooke Burke Charvet &
Mike Fleiss, the man behind the popular reality competition series "The Bachelor," has been charged with harassing his neighbors Brooke Burke-Charvet and her husband David Charvet.

The Charvets complained that Fleiss physically threatened them and blared barking dog sounds directed at their property during all hours of the day and night. The L.A. County district attorney has since charged Fleiss with disturbing the peace by loud noise, according to TMZ. Fleiss was reportedly uncooperative during the investigation.
