Victoria Justice, who at first denied the images in the massive celebrity photo leak were of her, has now admitted the pictures are real and she's taking legal action to protect her rights.

The massive online leak occurred on Sunday, and Justice responded on Twitter: "These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*"

The actress Justice, 21, has since comforward to confirm her privacy was invaded.

She tweeted on Tuesday, "Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy. There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake. I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights."

A hacker got into numerous celebrity Apple iCloud accounts, and a good chunk of them appeared on 4Chan.org.  The FBI has since gotten involved to track down the perpetrators.

Other stars who have confirmed the images are real include Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Kirsten Dunst, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Other victims reportedly include Gabrielle Union, Jenny McCarthy, Hayden Panettiere, Kaley Cuoco, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Lea Michele and Selena Gomez.

Some stars continue to deny the images are authentic, including singer/actress Ariana Grande.
