More people have watched the "Fifty Shades Of Grey" trailer than other movie trailer this year. The nearly two-and-a-half-minute clip shows college student Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) and billionaire businessman Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) meeting for the first time - and then things get hot.
The seductive trailer, which features the couple's burgeoning S&M relationship, was released online on July 24 and had over 36.4 million YouTube views within its first week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
That's more than "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (31 million), "Godzilla" and "Transformers: Age of Extinction (both at 26.3 million) and "Dumb and Dumber Too" (23.5 million).
The "Fifty Shades Of Grey" trailer was released to coincide with Scarlett Johansson's film "Lucy," which was number one at the box office last weekend.
The movie is based on the massively popular series by E.L. James. Rita Ora, Luke Grimes, Jennifer Ehle and Marcia Gay Harden also star.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" opens in theaters on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2015.
