Lionsgate just released the second teaser trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1," which features President Snow (Donald Sutherland) delivering another feel-good speech about Panem.
While Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone) stand by his side, Snow declares: "Throughout this great nation, never have we been more unified. Because now more than ever, Panem is speaking with one voice. The Capitol and districts are bound together in solidarity."
The video is interrupted by Beetee Latier (Jeffrey Wright), who has hacked into the system to let the Capitol, and all of Panem, know that the Mockinjay lives and the rebels have organized. "This is a pirate transmission from District 13. Repeat. This is a pirate transmission from District 13. The message: the Mockingjay lives," he says, and the screen goes black.
The less-than-one-minute clip builds upon the first teaser trailer, which was released last month and also featured Snow addressing the masses.
The third film in "The Hunger Games" franchise centers on Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence), who becomes the reluctant face of the rebellion as she goes up against Snow. The film is based on the third book in the massively popular young adult series by Suzanne Collins.
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1" will open in theaters Nov. 21.
