Movie watchdog group the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) has banned a poster for the upcoming film "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For."
The poster features actress Eva Green wearing a see-through white gown that shows underboob and a hint of nipple. MPAA disapproved of the image "for nudity — curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer gown,” according to Deadline.
Dimension Films is reportedly working with MPAA on a compromise, and the artwork is being "reworked."
Frank Miller’s "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" hits theaters on August 22. The film centers on the residents of Sin City and stories of crime, sex and redemption.
Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Josh Brolin and Mickey Rourke star. Lady Gaga also makes a cameo.
