Jennifer Hudson made her personal assistant's dream come true after she bought him a home for Christmas.
The singer/actress shocked her "closest friend" and long-term employee Walter Williams by giving him a house for his loyal support over the years.
Hudson posted a video of Williams' shocked reaction on Instagram with the caption: "My assistant Walter's reaction when he found out I was buying him a house for Christmas!"
In the clip, Hudson, 32, stands next to Williams in what looks like her living room. She hands him some papers, and he reads them, drops them, then jumps around and screams in disbelief, shoulting, "What? Wow!"
She followed up the video with a picture of the two of them playing in the snow, writing: "He dumped me in the snow y'all! That damn Walter!!"
The pair went to school together, and he was one of her biggest supporters after her mother, brother and uncle, were murdered in 2008.
Hudson has said that Williams encouraged her to pursue a music career. She recently starred in "Black Nativity" and "The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete."
