Julianne Moore was surrounded by friends and family on Thursday when she unveiled her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
"Don Jon" castmate Joseph Gordon-Levitt and "Carrie" co-star Chloe Moretz were on hand to pay tribute to the actress. Her husband Bart Freundlich and their children Cal, 15, and Liv, 11, also attended the Hollywood Boulevard ceremony.
She received the 2,507th star on the Walk of Fame.
Moore plays Moretz's onscreen daughter in the upcoming remake of Stephen King's 1976 horror movie "Carrie." The film hits theaters on Oct. 18 - just in time for Halloween.
She also recently joined the cast of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2." She will play President Alma Coin, the manipulative leader of the rebellion against the Capitol.
