The two remaining members of TLC have announced their new album will be released on Oct. 15 through Epic Records/LaFace.
The currently untitled disc will include remastered versions of hits such as "Waterfalls", "Unpretty" and "No Scrubs." It will also contain new tunes featuring collaborations with stars such as Ne-Yo, Lady Gaga, Drake and J. Cole.
Member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes died in a car accident in Honduras in early 2002, just before the release of the group's fourth album. Surviving members Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas are performing at VH1's Mixtape Festival in Hershey Park, Pa., this weekend. Chilli and T-Boz last took the stage together in Japan in 2009.
VH1 is airing a new biopic about the band in October. "Crazy, Sexy, Cool: The TLC Story" will star Keke Palmer as Chilli, Drew Sidora as T-Boz, and Lil Mama as Left Eye.
Billboard magazine has ranked the group as one of the greatest musical trios of all time. They won four Grammys and have sold more than 60 million records worldwide.
