Amid rumors of a feud with co-star Charlie Sheen, Selma Blair is leaving "Anger Management." She will no long play therapist Dr. Kate Wales, according to Lionsgate executives, who produce the TV comedy.
The studio issued the statement: "We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best."
No official reason was given for Blair's departure; however, rumors surfaced that the actress complained to producers about Sheen's work ethic and on-set behavior. According to TMZ.com, Sheen reportedly threatened to quit if Blair didn't leave the show.
Blair has been a cast member since the series' debut in June 2012.
It isn't the first time Sheen has butted heads with his colleagues. He famously left "Two and A Half Men" in 2011 after a media war with creator Chuck Lorre.
Meanwhile, singer LeAnn Rimes recently signed on to play Sheen's love interest in the show. Lindsay Lohan also got into bed with him when she made a guest appearance as herself earlier this year.
