Several celebs who were unable to get into the Academy Awards did the second best thing - they attended the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party at the Pacific Design Center.

Heidi Klum made quite a statement in a gold beaded dress that revealed massive cleavage. We think her low-cut gown may have crossed the line just a little bit. Rapper Nicki Minaj also showed off her curves in a white strapless mini dress.

Miley Cyrus, on the other hand, looked elegant in a simple white gown with a cut out in the back. "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev also stunned in a black and white floor-length dress that drew attention to her sexy shoulders.

Celebrities including Anna Paquin, Mena Suvari, Emma Roberts and Bono also attended the event.
