Hilary Swank looked swanky at the Sidaction Gala Dinner 2013 at Pavillon d'Armenonville in Paris, France, earlier this week. The actress showed off some cleavage in a sweetheart neckline black and beige dress.

Several celebrities showed up to the event, including Leelee Sobieski, Dita Von Teese, Fan Bingbing, and  Paz Vega.

Swank stars in the upcoming film "You're Not You" opposite Josh Duhamel and Emmy Rossum. It centers on a terminally ill woman and the aimless young woman who becomes her caregiver.
