While the final "Twilight" film captivated celebrities on the west coast Monday night, the east coast was all about the 22nd annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards held at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

Selena Gomez made her first public appearance since news broke over the weekend that she and Justin Bieber split up after a two-year relationship. Neither Selena nor Justin have confirmed the rumors.

The singer/actress wore a white lace Giambattista Valli dress and Rupert Sanderson heels. She carried a Judith Leiber clutch and wore a dazzling Graziela cocktail ring.

Gomez received the Independent Spirit Award for her film, music and charity work. Others honored at the event included "Girls" creator Lena Dunham, photographer Annie Leibovitz, and female Olympic gold medal winners.
