She has been in Europe for the past week, attending the Canne Film Festival. She recently celebrated the end of her ABC series "Desperate Housewives," which aired for eight seasons.

The actress stars in several upcoming films, including the action comedy "Baytown Outlaws" about three redneck brothers who help a woman save her son from an abusive father.
