A bevy of beauties attended the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" New York City Premiere at AMC Lincoln Square Theater yesterday. Noticeably missing? Jennifer Lopez, who's busy filming "American Idol."

In the film, four expectant couples learn that having a baby is anything but predictable. Lopez recently confessed making the movie made her open to the idea of adopting.

Cameron Diaz, who's not a mom in real life, talked about saggy breasts when promoting the film last weekend. She explained, "So there’s an actual function for saggy titties. It’s because you have to feed your child."
