We spotted her leaving her hotel in London, England, today wearing a see-through crop top paired with a see-through polka dot skirt.

The singer has sparked rumors that she's dating Axl Rose after she was photographed leaving Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles with the rock star and driving off with him. Meanwhile, Axl stunned Rock & Roll Hall of Fame bosses yesterday by declining his induction as a member of Guns N' Roses.
