Paula Abdul is selling her 4,679 square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion in Sherman Oaks for $1.9 million. The former "American Idol" and "X Factor" judge is likely fed up with all the problems the property has caused her.

In 2008, an obsessed fan died of a drug overdose just down the street. The following year, a woman sued Paula, claiming she was injured in her driveway.

The former pop star has agreed to pay $900,000 in damages stemming from the lawsuit. That will leave her a cool $1 million towards a new abode. She is unemployed and probably needs the cash...
