Leading up to Valentine's Day, several actresses, singers and other stars wore red for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection on Wednesday.

February is Heart Month, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute is reaffirming its commitment to increasing awareness about heart disease among women.

At the fashion show Rose McGowan showed off a little leg in a gown with an assymetrical neckline.  Minka Kelly wore head to toe sequins, while Rebecca Romijn's strapless dress included ruffles on the bodice.
