We spotted Jennifer Lopez leaving her Manhattan hotel yesterday. The singer/actress waved to fans as she left wearing blue and red checkered pants, a plaid scarf and fur stole.

Lopez is currently judging season 11 of "American Idol." She's lucky she still has a job. Simon Cowell has been shaking things up on competing FOX singing competition show "The X Factor." Host Steve Jones and judges Nicole Scherzinger & Paula Abdul were booted after just one season.

She is also working on and promoting her new reality TV show Q'Viva - The Chosen, which she hosts and produces with her ex Marc Anthony.
