We spotted Jennifer Hudson at a cocktail party celebrating her "Good Housekeeping" February cover and the publication of her new book "I Got This: How I Changed my Ways and Lost What Weighted me Down" at the Hearst Tower in New York City yesterday.

The singer/actress looked sensational in a mustard yellow dress and platform heels.

Hudson recently slammed record executives for slimming down her figure on the cover of her first album. She told Dateline, "We all know I was nowhere near that. Why would you photoshop that? And to me it did not send out a good message."

In a recent poll by Fitness magazine she was lauded for "Best Diet Spokesperson Transformation."
