The competition is getting fierce for those of us participating in the "Jane By Design" challenge.

For the fifth round our instructions were to take a white button-down shirt and use accessories from our own collection to show how we would style the shirt for a day at the office.  Then we had to change the look entirely and style the same shirt for a dressy cocktail party.

It's all about the accessories when transitioning from a work look to an evening look.

Our office look includes the white shirt, a black blazer and a matching pencil skirt. We accesorized with a colorful wrap-around scarf and a peridot necklace. Simple black mules completed the look.

To spice up the look for an evening out, we ditched the blazer and scarf and unbuttoned the shirt to reveal a sequined camisole beneath. We traded the mules for strappy silver sandals. We accessorized with a chunky belt and sparkly earrings.
