Jessica Simpson and her fiance Eric Johnson attended the 25th Annual Footwear News Achievement Awards at the Museum of Modern Art in New York yesterday. The pop star/actress showed off her growing baby bump in a form-fitting red dress.

She recently told People magazine that she was "meant to be pregnant" and "can't wait to have more kids."

Simpson, who has often been criticized for her weight gain, is currently in talks with Weight Watchers for a $4 million dollar weight loss deal after the baby arrives.
