Symptoms include, but are not limited to, sudden and severe adrenaline rushes, elevated heart rate, uncontrollable fist pumping, spasmodic chest bumps with total strangers and the unquenchable need to shout "Hell Yes!" until your throat is rubbed raw.

 You have been warned.

Of course, by now you probably figured it was physically impossible to be any more excited than you already are for the May 4 release of Joss Whedon's superhero crossover extravaganza "The Avengers," which stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans (among others) in their roles from "iron Man," Thor" and "Captain America."

But that's just because you haven't seen the newest trailer yet. Iron Man fighting Thor? Scarlett Johansson kicking ass as the Black Widow? Giant robot monsters destroying new York City? The assembled Avengers, face-to-face and fighting back-to-back?
