Marisa Tomei Marisa Tomei is joining the "Us & Them" family.

The "Crazy, Stupid, Love" star is now part of the clan that will bicker, battle and probably eventually reconcile in the multi-generational comedy, according to Variety.

"Us & Them" stars Crystal and Midler as a feuding couple forced to call a truce when they find themselves living under the same roof as their three grandchildren. As they struggle to come to terms with the kids' modern ways (we're sure there will be a bit of dialogue along the lines of, "What's an iPad?"), they look to reconcile not only with each other but with their daughter (Tomei), the mother of the little hellions.

One of the grandchildren will be played by Bailey Madison of "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark," who this time will hopefully be able to take a bath without a bunch of whispering beasties messing up the shower curtain.

Marisa Tomei has had a great year so far, appearing in "The Lincoln Lawyer," "Salvation Boulevard" and "Crazy, Stupid, Love." She's not done with 2011 just yet, though -- she'll also be appearing as a driven reporter in George Clooney's "The Ides of March," opening Oct. 7.

Personally, we're still reeling from her amazing performance as a stripper and Mickey Rourke's love interest in "The Wrestler." Wow.

"Us & Them," which is written by Billy Crystal's old "City Slickers" pals, Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel, is set to begin production later this month in Atlanta.
