According to Usmagazine.com., Jon Gosselin isn't getting married to his girlfriend Hailey Glassman despite a false tabloid claim.

"These reports are absolutely 100 percent false," a source close to the dad of eight tells the website.

Earlier this week, InTouch Weekly magazine reported that the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star gave Glassman a $180,000 Edouard Nahum-designed engagement ring featuring a skull surrounded by four black diamonds on Sunday. Concerning whether the two are engaged, Gosselin's rep tells the website, "no comment."

Gosselin returned to his $1.1 million Pennsylvania home Wednesday to see his kids. Shortly after arriving in the United States on Tuesday, he told photographers that Glassman was staying in France and that he had to come home to "work."

And How does ex Kate - who filed for divorce after 10 years of marriage less than a month ago - feel about his new romance? "I guess you'd have to ask Kate," Jon said Tuesday.
