Kelly Clarkson may marry this weekend.
The 31-year-old singer has sparked speculation she may finally tie the knot with music manager Brandon Blackstock after they filed for a marriage license in the town of Sumner County, which is just north of Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday (10.15.13).
The couple now have 30 days to get hitched and People.com reports they may marry as soon as this weekend.
Kelly recently hinted her nuptials were happening "really soon".
The 'Stronger' hitmaker had previously envisioned a big wedding with all of her friends and family in attendance, but has since nixed those plans after becoming overwhelmed.
Kelly and Brandon have now decided to elope and will have an intimate ceremony with just Brandon's two children, Savannah and Seth, on the guest list.
The songstress recently revealed she hopes to be pregnant in time for Christmas and says a baby is all she wants as a gift from her husband-to-be.
She admitted: "I already told him that when we're past the wedding, I want a baby. I was like, 'That's my Christmas present that you can give me.' "
