Tina Fey gave a touching tribute to former "Saturday Night Live" star Jan Hooks while speaking at Elle’s Women In Hollywood Awards on Monday.

Fey revealed that she worked hard to have Hooks appear as Jenna’s mother on "30 Rock." Hooks passed away suddenly on Oct. 9.

She revealed in the speech, “We needed to cast Jane Krakowski’s estranged Florida dirtbag mother, and I thought, 'My God, do you think we could get Jan Hooks?' And the answer was like, ‘Yeah, you can get her.’ She was living in Woodstock. And the phone was not ringing.”

The Duchess of Cambridge revealed the tiniest of baby bumps last evening, as she returned to public duties following a period of rest in the early stages of her second pregnancy.

Duchess Kate is a patron of Action on Addiction and attended its Autumn Gala Evening dinner and reception in London.

The Duchess is 12 weeks pregnant and looked stunning in a black crochet Temperley London dress. The figure-hugging frock was stunning, but Kate hid her belly with either her hands or a strategically placed handbag.

Kate has been a patron of the charity since 2012.

Queen Elizabeth Sends First Tweet, Or Does Someone Else?
On a trip to London’s science museum, Queen Elizabeth II officially sent her first tweet. The reigning monarch has an account named "The British Monarchy."

In photos from the event, Queen Elizabeth was seen typing on an iPad. Immediately a furor broke out among the media that the Queen was not actually tweeting, rather that someone else was doing it for her since the comment was sent via iPhone.

Matthew McConaughey Receives American Cinematheque Award
Matthew McConaughey was honored with the American Cinematheque Award last evening at the 28th Annual Gala in Los Angeles, with wife Camilla Alves and children Vida and Levi by his side.

The American Cinematheque Award annually honors "an extraordinary artist in the entertainment industry who is fully engaged in his or her work and is committed to making a significant contribution to the art of the motion pictures."

McConaughey has been on a professional high in the past year, winning an both an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award for his work in "Dallas Buyers Club."

Pitbull To Host 2014 American Music Awards
For the second year in a row, Pitbull will host the American Music Awards. The singer/songwriter will front the 41st annual ceremony, set to air on Nov. 23.

Stated the singer in a statement, "World, who would have thought Pitbull hosting the AMAs two years in a row. The harder I work, the luckier I get. Thank you ABC and Dick Clark Productions for the amazing opportunity -- more than anything let's get ready to have fun. Dale!"

San Francisco Radio Stations Ban Lorde’s Song ‘Royals’ For Duration Of World Series

Although the tune was indirectly inspired by the game of baseball, fans won't be hearing Lorde's hit tune "Royals" for the duration of the World Series on two San Francisco radio stations.

KFOG Radio and 96.5 KOIT of San Francisco have revealed they are pulling Lorde's song from their playlists for now.

In response to this, Kansas City radio station 99.7 will play the song every hour from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of the first game of the World Series, taking place at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.
