On Tuesday, the 2013 Tony Award Nominations were announced by Broadway veteran and Bunheads star Sutton Foster and Modern Family actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson. For the third year in a row, Starpulse was on the red carpet and talking to all of the celebs as they strolled by in their designer couture gowns.
