Will Hayden, the star of Discovery channel series "Sons of Guns," was arrested on child rape charges Tuesday following an investigation stemming from his arrest on child molestation charges two weeks ago.
Hayden was booked on August 9 for allegedly molesting his 12-year-old daughter, but he claimed that the accusation was made up by his ex girlfriend, who is the girl's mother, for breaking up wiht her. He was released after posting a $150,000 bond.
Police and U.S. Marshals arrested Hayden for the second time in Livingston, Louisiana, on a charge of aggravated rape of a child after a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Hayden's daughter told investigators that her father took her virginity in March, 2013, according to TMZ.com. She also told investigators that she was "orally and vaginally raped almost daily" and didn't report it because she was too scared.
According to the arrest documents, obtained by TMZ, Hayden's daughter told police he told her, "Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got."
The Discovery Channel has since canceled "Sons Of Guns" in the wake of the reality star's charges.
"Given the serious and horrific nature of the charges against Will Hayden, we have decided to halt further production of Sons of Guns and cancel the series," a rep for Discovery told TMZ.
Hayden is the founder of Red Jacket Firearms in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which manufactures custom firearms and is central to the show.
The company has since severed ties with him, posting a message on its official site, reading, "Red Jacket Firearms LLC. has initiated and received full legal separation as an entity, from William M. Hayden.
"With heavy hearts, we will be continuing to operate and ensure the fulfillment of new customer orders, back orders and to provide support to those affected by these new developments. WE are the Heart and Soul of Red Jacket and will remain steadfast in our committment to quality and our customers, for years to come."
"Sons of Guns" ran for five seasons.
