Miley Cyrus is finally back on the road perforing again after nearly a month off following an allergic reaction to antibiotics.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer took her elaborate stage show to London's O2 Arena Tuesday night, telling reporters before the concert, "I'm feeling good, I'm alive - so that's f**king awesome. I'm the poster child for good health. I've been laying down for three weeks. I'm gonna go off - I'm like a star waiting to explode."
Miley also revealed that despite being a pothead and occasionally drinking, she leaves all of that off the stage.
"I'm probably the only one on this tour who doesn't drink or smoke before a show, as I take this really seriously," she told the press. "It's almost like being an athlete being up here, because if someone was f**ked up, they definitely couldn't do my show."
British singer Lily Allen praised the set, saying, "That was basically the best thing I've ever seen."
Miley's show went off without a hitch, but that's not to say there wasn't any controversy surrounding it. The singer's recent health scare prompted rumors that she hadn't suffered an allergic reaction at all, but had a drug overdose instead.
The rumors started when tabloid Life & Style weekly published a story from an unnamed source who said that a "deadly binge" left Miley unconscious for hours before she was hospitalized on April 15.
"I didn't have a drug overdose," Miley said. "I took some sh**ty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction."
