'Game Of Thrones' Star Natalie Dormer Sizzles In The October Esquire
Natalie Dormer, who plays the power hungry Margaery Tyrell in HBO hit Game of Thrones shows off a more modern side in the new October issue of Esquire UK magazine.
The 31-year-old actress has become known for her period roles after starring in Thrones and as Henry VIII's wife Anne Boleyn in Showtime's The Tudors, but she says she's got a lot more than medieval times to offer.
“You’ll never hear me have anything but love in my heart for those roles,” she tells Esquire's Max Olesker. “But I’ve done so much more.”
Natalie also stars in CBS's modern take on Sherlock Holmes, Elementary, and she'll star in the upcoming Rush with Chris Hemsworth and Olivia Wilde.
She's also recently signed on to play Cressida, a newswoman who follows Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen during a revolution in the final chapter of "The Hunger Games" saga, Mockingjay Part 1 and Part 2 (the book is being split into two parts for the big screen).
