White House Down

If "White House Down" looks familiar it's because it's very similar to "Olympus Has Fallen," which was released back in March. Only this time it's better. The film stars Channing Tatum and Jamie Fox, who have great onscreen chemistry; and it totally delivers in the action department. This is what big budget summer movies are supposed to be. Actor James Gandolfini was laid to rest Thursday and numerous stars were among the 1500-strong who attended his funeral service at the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine in Manhattan. Several of the star's former "Sopranos" castmates were in attendance along with family and friends. Gandolfini died last Wednesday of a heart attack while on vacation in Italy. He was 51. (story)

David Chase, who created HBO's hit series "The Sopranos," gave a heartwarming eulogy to his fallen friend and colleague during his funeral service, calling Gandolfini a "great actor" and saying the boyish qualities he brought to his Tony Soprano character made his actions on the show forgivable. New parents Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have been named PETA's "Sexiest Vegetarians" of 2013, beating out the likes of Anne Hathaway and Edie Falco. (story)

"Laverne & Shirley" stars Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams are set to reunite on screen for the first time in 30 years for an episode of hit Nickelodeon show "Sam & Cat." Rumor has it Justin Bieber has moved on from Selena Gomez and is now dating a married woman. The singer was spotted at an indoor skydiving center with a woman later identified as Hooters waitress Jordan Ozuna. The 22-year-old aspiring model's mother-in-law said that Jordan married after high school and separated but hasn't made the split official yet. (story)

Teen star Ariana Grande has shared a story from her past about being bullied during a Broadway production. She told the story in the latest issue of Seventeen magazine and hopes fans will see that getting past bullying is something that's possible. (story)

EDM artist Deadmau5 has responded to ex-fiancee Kat Von D's cheating allegations, saying that he slept with another woman during the time the couple had split last fall and before getting back together. Naturally, the former couple aired their grievances with each other on Twitter instead of settling things privately. (story)

Zach Braff is set to make his debut on Broadway next Spring in an adaptation of Woody Allen's 1994 film "Bullets Over Broadway." Braff will playe the lead role in the musical, about a young playwright who borrows money from a mobster to fund a production and ends up having to cast his talentless girlfriend in one of the roles as part of his payback.
