Courtney Love Offers Support To Amanda Bynes, Tells Her To 'Pull It Together'
Amanda Bynes had a few choice words for the New York City police officer who arrested her Thursday night, along with some unkind words to rocker Courtney Love.
The retired actress has been tweeting non-stop to proclaim her innocence following her arrest for possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and obstruction of justice.
Bynes says that her lawyer will get the charges dropped, and the officier -- who she accused of sexually harassing her while taking her into custody -- will face a punishment worse than jail despite being found innocent after an Internal Affairs investigation Tuesday morning.
"My lawyer is getting my case dropped! There was no proof of sexual harassment or drugs. Instead of me asking for the cop to be arrested for sexual harassment, I want my case dropped as well," Amanda wrote. "His punishment will be being the cop who sexually harassed someone who would never find him handsome enough to be my boyfriend. That's worse than any time in jail. But I am suing him for money compensation. I love having more money in my bank!"
Love lent her support to the troubled star via her twitter on Tuesday, writing "@AmandaBynes pull it together dude," but Bynes wasn't having any of that.
"Courtney Love is the ugliest woman I've ever seen," Bynes tweeted back. "To be mentioned by her at all makes me and all my friends laugh!"
But Love persisted, explaining that she's been there, done that.
"Amanda, I wasn't attacking you love. I've been in your shoes before, wasn't easy. DM me, let's talk. Ignore the haters," she replied before addressing the haters.
"Will you people lay off on giving this girl such grief? Shes a beautiful talented young woman, we all go through our ups and downs. grow up!"
