Rapper Gucci Mane was placed under house-arrest on Wednesday after being indicted on charges of aggravated assault.

The Atlanta-based rapper, real name Radric Davis, faced the judge and was ordered to wear an ankle monitoring device and submit to random drug testing after his release on $75,000 bond.

The hip-hop star, real name Radric Davis, was arrested on March 27 for allegedly hitting a U.S. soldier in the head with a champagne bottle while at the Harlem Nights Atlanta nightclub on March 16. The soldier, James Lettley, required 10 stitches after the star attacked him for simply asking for his autograph.

"I'm in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?" Lettley said he asked one of Mane's security guards, according to Mane then reportedly attacked Lettley, smashing the bottle over his head.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Mane was still being held at the Fulton County Jail over an unrelated case from neighboring DeKalb county.

The Spring Breakers star has found himself on the wrong side of the law numerous times. Two nights after the March 16 incident, a second victim claimed that Mane punched him in the face at a Philadelphia club. The rapper has been arrested a dozen times since 2005 on charges including reckless driving. battery and disorderly conduct; and he was even charged with murdering another rapper in 2005 (the charge was dropped over a lack of evidence). Two years ago Mane spent three months in jail after pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle.
