Michael Clarke Duncan and Omarosa Manigault

Michael Clarke Duncan's sister Judy has hired a lawyer to investigate the late star's fiancee, The Apprentice star Omarosa Manigault.

Duncan claims that the reality TV villain manipulated her brother into re-writing his will before his death in September, and now she wants to find out if the actor was psychologically fit to make the changes that named Omarosa as his main beneficiary last April.

Judy, who was left $100,000 in the will, claims that her brother had begun to slur words and stumble around, according to TMZ, beginning in December 2011. She also claims that while the actor was on life support following the heart attack in July that kept him hospitalized until his death in September, Omarosa only cared about his money.

Omarosa denies the allegations though, saying Judy's blackmailing her.

"I don't control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it," Omarosa tells TMZ.com. "If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!"

Michael Clarke Duncan died on September 3, 2012, at the age of 54.
