Daytime Emmys

General Hospital was the big winner at Saturday's Daytime Emmy Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The long-running soap opera pulled in awards for Outstanding Drama Series, Directing, Supporting Actor (Jonathan Jackson) and Supporting Actress (Nancy Lee Grahn).

It was also a big night for Spencers - as Anthony Geary, who plays Luke Spencer on ABC's General Hostpital, won the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama; while Heather Tom, who portrays Katie Logan Spencer on NBC's The Bold And The Beautiful, took the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama.

Live With Regis and Kelly won the award for the best entertainment talk show, the first time the show has ever won the award; and co-hosts Regis Philbin, who retired from the show in November, and Kelly Ripa were honored with Emmys for best talk-show hosts.
