Former Thirtysomething and The West Wing star Timothy Busfield has been cleared of sexual assault allegations, which were filed last month.

A woman accused the actor of inappropriately groping her during a movie date in Sherman Oaks, California on May 16 and the case was subsequently referred to the L.A. City Attorney for a proper investigation and potential prosecution.

However, due to insufficient evidence, Busfield will not be charged, reports TMZ.com.
