Jessica Simpson can't wait to start shedding her pregnancy pounds as the new spokesperson for the Weight Watchers diet plan, insisting "it would be nice to feel comfortable in a bikini" again.
The pop star famously piled on the pounds while carrying daughter Maxwell Drew but she embraced her plump figure, ignoring various jabs about her curves.
Early reports suggested Simpson was set to sign a multi-million dollar deal to lose the post-baby weight with the life management firm and now, after giving birth on May 1, Simpson has confirmed she's planning to get her body back with help from trainers and nutritionists at Weight Watchers.
In a post on her Twitter.com account on Wednesday, she wrote, "So excited to be a part of the @WeightWatchers family!"
And the fashion designer reveals she can't wait to get the all-clear from medics so she can begin training again.
In an interview with People magazine, she says, "After you have your baby it's like, 'Oh my God, what happened to my body?' This is not me! It would be nice to feel comfortable in a bikini but that's not my goal. I just want to fit into jeans."
According to UsMagazine.com, the partnership is worth a whopping $4 million.
