Jeff Goldblum

Actor Jeff Goldblum has landed a temporary restraining order against a woman he has accused of stalking him for more than 10 years.

A Los Angeles County judge granted the protective order against Linda Ransom on Friday after the Jurassic Park star claimed she had followed him in public and showed up at his house uninvited - and had been stalking him since 2001.

Goldblum also alleges she appeared on multiple occasions at his stage performances in New York City and L.A.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, he states, "I am frightened of Ms. Ransom and feel she poses a serious threat to my personal safety."

Goldblum was refused a restraining order against Ransom in 2010, when she was about to be released from a mental institution, on the grounds that she would have to make a "fresh threat" before action could be taken. The star's previous restraining order against Ransom expired while she was being treated.
