Gisele Bundchen Knows Kung Fu (Video)
Gisele Bundchen reveals her secrets about how she kept her body in shape throughout her pregnancy in the April issue of Vogue magazine.
The supermodel was unwilling to give up her strict fitness regimen in order to make it easier to lose the 30 extra pounds she put on during her pregnancy.
"I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week," she says. "I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals."
Gisele and her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, welcomed their son on December 8, 2009. She gave birth at home in her bathtub & the couple waited well over a week to name him.
