"The Situation" may not have much else going for him besides his camera-friendly personality, an amazing nickname, and his ridiculously toned abdominals, but that's apparently all he needs to milk his 15 minutes.

The reality show muscle-man announced this week that he's releasing his very own workout video, appropriately titled, The Situation Workout. The vid will give step-by-step instructions on how to get your own Sitch-esque eight pack.

And "The Situation" is keeping his money all in the family by releasing the workout video with his brother. Marc Sorrentino told Radar Online that he expects the tape to be out in time for the holiday season.

Taking a supporting role on an, ahem, low-brow reality show and turning yourself into the king of fitness? Now that's making the most of your current situation!

Falling Star - Paris Hilton

It's a hair deal gone bad - and the results could cut into Paris Hilton's bank account.

Hairtech International Inc. is suing the airheaded (or perhaps "hairheaded?) heiress for $35 million - claiming that after signing a deal to promote its hair extensions, the socialite wore a competitor's product. Holy hairy lawsuit, Paris!

The hair extension maker also claims that Hilton failed to show up at a launch party to promote its Dreamcatchers extensions. Where was she instead of the bash? The slammer. Supposedly, the party was at the same time that the socialite was serving time in jail for driving with a suspended license while she was on probation.

You know it's bad when the only headlines you're making revolve around a fake hair lawsuit.
