TV Ratings: 'Liz & Dick' Fails To Impress

'Liz & Dick'

A rather slow holiday week was dominated by football. NBC claimed the two top spots with games, and also did well with ‘The Voice.’ CBS, meanwhile, relied on stalwarts like ‘NCIS,’ ’60 Minutes’ and ‘Survivor.’ ABC registered with ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and ‘Castle,’ while FOX didn’t even place a program in the Top 20.

It was a little more interesting over on cable. ‘iCarly’ bade goodbye with 6.4 million viewers – not a series-high, but still quite respectable. Lindsey Lohan didn’t have much to brag about, however. In addition to getting scathing reviews for ‘Liz & Dick’ (or perhaps because of) the telefilm averaged about 3.5 million viewers. Not terrible – but compare that to nearly 7 million for Lifetime’s ‘Steel Magnolias.’
