A private prosecution of rapper A$AP Rocky over claims he struck a female fan while performing at the Made in America festival in Philadelphia, in August has been delayed.
Lisa Wade filed a private criminal complaint with the city's District Attorney's Office last month, stating the 25 year-old hip-hop star had struck her while making his way through the crowd.
Nevertheless, as the incident was not witnessed by police and was regarded as a misdemeanor, Wade was ordered to file a private criminal complaint, meaning she had to provide contact details for the alleged assailant.
According to TMZ.com, paperwork was sent to the rapper's record company but was returned without a signature as the star was absent.
It has now emerged the case will not be able to progress unless Wade can provide a contact address for the rap star.
