Halle Berry Explains Mystery Accident On 'The Call 'Set
Halle Berry was "knocked out" while shooting her movie The Call last summer after her co-star accidentally slammed her head into concrete.
It was widely reported that the Oscar winner was taken to the hospital in Los Angeles after she tripped and hit her head, but now she has come clean about the injury, admitting she ended up in treatment after a fight sequence with Michael Eklund went wrong.
The 46 year-old actress, who is currently pregnant with her second child, explains, "The bad guy in the movie accidentally slammed my head into the concrete. He misjudged how far the ground was and he slammed my head into it so I got knocked out."
However, Berry showed her professionalism by quickly bouncing back to resume the shoot. She adds, "I went to the hospital, came back to work the next day, so it was fine."
