Every artist has their muse, whether it be human, imaginary, or in some cases, drug induced. And while certainly some people might joke that the latter is Tim Burton's muse of choice, given the stye and subject of many of his films, it's become quite clear over the years that he draws inspiration from the people he surrounds himself with. Most notable among them are Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp.

Given that his newest film, "Dark Shadows", marks Burton and Depp's 8th film collaboration, we at Starpulse decided to take a look at some of the other actor/director partnerships that have given us so many fond film memories over the years.
