Adventure Time

Ready to spend some time with Jake, Finn and all their buddies?  Then check out my 12-year-old Will Graham Coleman’s review of the new to Blu-ray "Adventure Time Seasons 1 & 2" out now from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.  Views from the mouths of tots – read on kiddies!

Adventure Time Blu-ray

Title: "Adventure Time – Season 1"

   Grade: 4

Cast: Voices of Jeremy Shada, John DiMaggio, Tom Kenny

   Director: Various

   Rating: PG

   Runtime: 286 minutes

Release Company: Warner Bros. Home Entertainment

   Website: www.CartoonNetwork.com

Best Episode: My favorite episode is ‘His Hero’ because I love the way they do different jobs “non-violently.”

Worst Episode: The worst is ‘Memories of Boom Boom Mountain’ because in the end even though the smoke clouds the mountains’ vision it wouldn’t stay there forever!

Favorite Moment: In ‘Trouble in Lumpy Space’ when LSP (Lumpy Space Princess) says, ‘Wait!  First you should see my house.  It’s like kinda lame, but like way less lame then like your house.’  She insults them and nobody reacts at all!

Adventure Time Blu-ray

Title: "Adventure Time – Season 2"

   Grade: 4 1/2

Cast: Voices of Jeremy Shada, John DiMaggio, Tom Kenny

   Director: Various

   Rating: PG

   Runtime: 286 minutes

Release Company: Warner Bros. Home Entertainment

   Website: www.CartoonNetwork.com

Best Episode: ‘Mortal Recoil’ because I loved the way the ending was dramatic at first, then happy, then has an “or is it” type of vibe.

Worst Episode: For sure ‘Go With Me’ because when Marceline throws Finn onto the couch it’s comfy, but in ‘Heat Signature’ when he jumps onto the couch it’s hard – go figure.

Favorite Moment: It’s in ‘It Came From Nightosphere’ when penguin Gunter slapped Marceline’s dad who is evil big time – which is super awesome!
