The Flick: Using typical action devices, "Hijacked" has the kind of action flick fluff I grew up with.  Back in the days of "I Come In Peace," "The Perfect Weapon" and "Passenger 57" the market was rampant with chessy B-movies that simply got made because of a semi-recognizable name above the title.  This time around it’s Expendables co-star Randy Couture and the results ain’t pretty.  A mix of "Under Siege," "Delta Force" and "Executive Decision" but without the talent or style, "Hijacked" is the kind of B-movie that makes other B-movies look A-list.  And what the hell are Dominic Purcell and Vinnie Jones doing in this flying turd – oh yeah, stinking things up! (Please lose that gamey Burt Reynolds moustache Dominic – it’s not becoming!)  I don't know which is worse, the horrible acting via thespian Couture or the non-existent chemistry between him and eye candy gal Tiffany Dupont.  Take heed action fans - the fun film flight has been cancelled here...and it’s a good thing.

Best Hidden Gem: The only shining star in this fromage fest (and the only reason this one got any marks!) is "Jeepers Creepers" femme fatale Gina Philps who plays a tasty role here – love the accent!  (She deserves better!)

Worth the Moola: This flick is like a real flight these days – overpriced, goes on way too long and the entertainment factor is seriously lagging.  Even those calming salted nuts couldn’t make this one bearable.
