may be best known now as the star of FX's fireman drama Rescue Me
, but children of the '90s remember his comedy rants. He's still got it in him, so when reporters ask him how he goes green for their celebrity puff pieces, he rails against it.
"My goal is to leave this planet with the biggest carbon footprint I can possibly leave," Leary said. "First of all, I have to have trucks because I live most of my time on a horse farm, so I've gotta have trucks. It's in the northeast, I've got to have pickup trucks to move snow, number one. Number two, just if I'm driving, I don't have to have an SUV but I want a big car. That's why I love America. That's why I think we should save the auto industry. I don't care."
