If you have ever been to the city of Austin, Texas, you know that it is the self-proclaimed “Live Music Capital of the World” but it can also be a bit weird. Last weekend was the 8th Annual ‘Fun Fun Fun Fest’ at Auditorium Shores in downtown Austin and although we enjoyed one of the best festivals we have attended this year, we also understand why the city tells you to ‘Keep Austin Weird.’ Here are the Top Ten reasons why the ‘Fun Fun Fun Fest’ rocked Austin this weekend:

1.) Next to the Black Stage and adjacent to the on premise skate park was a wrestling rink. We watched a skinny, tattoo...

'Dancing With The Stars' Recap: Ball Room Shaken Up, As Top Dancer Gets Sent Home

November 12th, 2013 8:38am EST
Elizabeth Berkley
It’s week nine on Dancing With the Stars and the competition is getting fierce. Amber Riley and Derek are up first tonight with the Quickstep but will she be able to overcome her double knee injury and power through the steps? That girl must be a fantastic actress because we would have never known there was anything wrong with her knees with that performance. But Len describes their choreography as makeup to the injury and it was blatant to him. The other judges agree that it wasn’t Amber’s best dance and scores the couple a 24. Leah Remini and Tony are dancing the Tango tonight and when sh...

Recap: 'Dancing With The Stars' - Cher Is In The House For Week 8

November 5th, 2013 8:42am EST
DWTS Cher Week
In the eighth week of the competition, the dancers are as excited as they are nervous that Cher is in the house tonight, as a performer and a judge. Corbin Bleu and Karina are up first with the Argentine Tango but give no indication of their nerves as they give the other competitors something to be scared about. As Cher calls their dance beautiful, the couple scores a 27 with the judges. As Leah Remini expresses to Tony that she is ecstatic that Cher will be taking the place of Len this week, the two get ready to dance the Viennese Waltz to Sonny and Cher’s “I Got You Babe.” Although it was...

'Dancing With The Stars' Recap: Snooki Sent Home In Week 7

October 29th, 2013 8:33am EDT
Snooki - DWTS
It’s the seventh week in the competition and since nobody went home last week, will two couples will be sent home this week or just one? And with last week’s Switch-Up surprise, what does Dancing with the Stars have in store for us tonight?

Starting off the night will be Elizabeth Berkley and Val dancing the Quickstep. They begin their dance with an odd little alien invasion scene- weird. Well Len loved it so consider it a success. And the rest of the judges proved that they loved it too with a score of 27. Next up to tackle the Jive will be Brant Daugherty and Peta. All the extra work Bra...

'Dancing With The Stars': Switch-Up Challenge And Surprise Results In Week 6

October 22nd, 2013 8:34am EDT
Dancing with the Stars
With only eight competitors left in week six of Dancing With the Stars, this will be an intense week of competition. The stars will face the Tango, Paso Doble, Waltz, Foxtrot, Samba, Quickstep, Cha Cha and a special improvisation dance with our favorite redneck, Bill Engvall and his partner Emma Slater up first. It seems odd to watch the couple dance the ‘serious and sexy’ Tango to “Cheeseburger in Paradise” but they somehow made it work and score a 23 with the judges. Next up are Elizabeth Berkley and Valentin Chmerkovskiy who will tackle the Cha Cha. After an emotional breakdown from Eliz...

Top Ten Reasons Outside Lands Music Festival Was Magical

August 13th, 2013 9:01pm EDT
Paul McCartney
Last weekend the beautiful (yet cold and windy) city of San Francisco hosted the 6th annual Outside Lands music festival with headliners Sir Paul McCartney, Nine Inch Nails and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Here are the top ten reasons why the festival was magical:

1.) Sir Paul McCartney...period.

2.) The Red Hot Chili Peppers proved that they can still rock the house- 'Oldies but Goodies' in our book.

3.) Despite the hundreds of Port-a-Potties, hundreds of people still felt the need to pee out in the open directly behind the port-a-potties. A very hysterical sight.

4.) Lamb Fries at the Outs...

Des and her top three are in Antigua for the moment we have all been waiting for. Drew meets Des first for a road trip in the Jeep, romantic yet adventurous all at once. The two dance at a local festival, limbo, buy souvenirs and take in the culture together.

Even though it is raining later that night, the two will still enjoy their evening inside…in the fantasy suite. The two seem like they are really in love and we can’t help but think that he is the one she will pick in the end.

Brooks is a little nervous about heading to Antigua and the overnight date since he is the only one who hasn...
