OK! Magazine's Pre-Oscar Event - Stars Pick Who They Want To Win
OK! Magazine held a Pre-Oscar event at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood the other night, event honoring Adrian Grenier for his philanthropic efforts. Guests included Adrian Grenier, Ali Fedotosky, Caroline D’Amore, Cassie Scerbo, Chelsie Hightower, Cheryl Burke, Derek Hough, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Gilles Marini, DJ Pauly D, The Glee Project, Jaimie Hilfiger, Grant Harvey, Karina Smirnoff, Kiptyn Locke, Krisily Kennedy, Kyle Richards, Pia Toscano, Rex Lee, Richard Grieco, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Sammy and Judy ‘The Kids’, Taylor Armstrong, Taylor Jacobson, Tenley Molzahn, Tyler P. Scott and Tyson Ritter.
We caught up with a few of the celebrities to find out who they thought would win big this weekend at the Oscars.
DJ Pauly D. told us that he was rooting for "his man" Brad Pitt in Moneyball in his favorite movie of the year. How did he prep for the evening? He said his hair alone takes 35 minutes and the rest takes only five.
While Derek Hough told us that he will be on this season of Dancing With the Stars and he will be meeting his partner for the first time this weekend. Although he has been trying to bribe his producers to give him a few hints about the new cast, he swears he is on the dark about his partner up to this point. Derek doesn’t have a favorite pick for the Oscars, he thinks it will be a tough year.
American Idol’s Pia Toscano picked out her own gorgeous dress that she found in a boutique on Melrose and looked absolutely stunning. After being a fan favorite on American Idol, she tells us that she does keep in touch with a few of her former Idol contestants and thinks that this will be an exciting year with the bar being raised higher each season. While she has no specific favorite contestant, she tells us that she doesn’t even know how they are going to narrow if down from the Top 24 to the Top 12. Who does Pia think will sweep the Oscars? She is rooting for The Help.
